Contact & communication preferences.

Foothills uses the details you submit to respond to your request, understand your interests and manage its relationship with you. This can include your name, email, organisation, optional phone number, selected topics and the campaign or webinar that led you here.

You choose how we contact you.

Marketing email and WhatsApp choices are separate and optional. Email updates require confirmation of your email address. Enquiring about a course or attending a webinar does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

How information is used.

Authorised Foothills administrators use contact records to respond to enquiries, arrange follow-ups and connect course interest with applications and agreed orders. Our website, database and email delivery providers process information to operate these services.

Team enquiries and webinars.

For team learning enquiries, we also collect company background, team size, experience, learning goals, intended outcomes and preferred timing. Webinar registrations connect your contact record with the event you requested. Authorised administrators use this information to respond and arrange the next steps.

Campaign measurement.

When you submit a form, we can retain campaign labels from its link to understand which campaigns generate enquiries. These labels describe the source of your submission; visiting a page by itself does not reveal your email address to us.

WhatsApp.

You choose whether to start a WhatsApp conversation or join a community. WhatsApp applies its own terms and privacy practices. Group and community settings can affect which information other participants see.

Change your preferences.

Use the preference or unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You can also ask us to stop WhatsApp messages, correct your contact details, or remove information that we no longer need by emailing david@foothillsconsulting.org. Required account and payment communications are managed separately from marketing preferences.
